For DIY Pergola Bracket Kits
- OUTMOS provides FREE SHIPPING on all DIY pergola brackets orders within Australia. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and require a physical address for shipping.
- Orders for Brackets will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.
- We offer FREE PICK-UP from our store in Melbourne. You can also arrange the shipping by yourself by selecting the pick-up option when checking out.
- The estimated transit time is 5-10 working days for metropolitan and regional areas. The ETA is subject to change depending on the speed of the courier company.
- Multiple products may be packaged in different boxes if you have purchased multiple products. We will ship them at the same time, but the delivery may be made by different logistics companies at different times. In most cases, you will receive all the goods at the same time. However, if you only receive some of them, please contact us and we will help you to check the estimated arrival time of the remaining boxes.
- We provide a return service for the DIY pergola brackets, if you change your mind after receiving the goods. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as we offer free delivery. Eligible items for return and refund must be undamaged and in 'like new' condition as determined by Outmos Pergola.
- Additionally, we will charge an 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of our free delivery and repackaging.
For Louvred Pergolas
- Standard Shipping Costs: For metro areas in QLD (Brisbane and Gold Coast), NSW (Sydney), SA (Adelaide), and ACT, the standard shipping cost for 3x3m and 3x4m pergolas is $400. For Sunrise and Twilight 3x6m and 4x6m pergolas, the cost is $650. The standard shipping cost for Skyline 3x5m and 4x4m pergolas is $650. For Skyline 4x5m, 4x6m, 4x8m pergolas, the cost is $800.
- Please note: This shipping cost does not include crane truck delivery cost. The boxes will have to be unloaded manually from the truck by the receiver and driver together or by receiver only (depending on different couriers' requirements). If a crane truck is required for delivery, additional cost will apply based on the actual charges from couriers.
- Melbourne Metro Same-Day Shipping Option: If you are in the Melbourne metro area, we offer local delivery that is faster and cheaper than standard shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Non-Metro and Interstate Areas: If you are in WA, TAS, NT, or the regional and rural areas of the other states, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order.
- Order Processing and Transit Time: We will confirm the order details with you before dispatching. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to prepare for shipping, with an estimated transit time of 5-10 working days for both metropolitan and regional areas. Please note, these times are estimates and cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
- Delivery Details: Deliveries are made to the curbside of your house or to your building's loading dock if located in a multi-story building. Please note that deliveries to underground car parks are not possible due to truck accessibility limitations. Your assistance is required to help the delivery driver unload the items, and your signature will be required upon receipt. Note: Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available.
- Damage Upon Arrival: If the products are damaged upon arrival, please inform the delivery driver immediately and email us within 2 days of receiving your item with photos that clearly show the product's damage and any damage to the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement and pick up the damaged item for a damage assessment.
- Pick-Up Option: We offer free pick-up for all products from our store in Melbourne. You may also choose to arrange your shipping by selecting the pick-up option at checkout.
