OUTMOS provides a 10-year structural warranty for the brackets and a 2-year warranty for powder coating. The warranty period starts from the date of home delivery and the original receipt serves as a warranty certificate. The warranty covers construction and material defects that are present at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or incompetent use (such as abnormal loads), aggressive substances, improper maintenance, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow user instructions. Additionally, the warranty does not cover scratches resulting from or normal use of steel from the inside caused by factors such as condensation.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from factors outside of OUTMOS’ control. The warranty only applies to defects in the product that were present at the time of delivery.

1. Structural Warranty (10 years)

Outmos assures the louvred pergola frame's structural integrity for 10 years against workmanship and material defects, adhering to the limitations, conditions, and exclusions detailed in this warranty.

2. Louvre Roof Warranty (5 year)

Outmos warranties the louvre roof and components for 5 year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Gradual fading and weathering are natural occurrences and not defects.

3. Powder Coat Warranty (3 year)

Outmos covers the powder coat for 3 year from delivery. Natural fading and peeling are not included in the warranty, nor is damage from improper use. Owners are responsible for disposing of replaced components.

4. LED Lighting Warranty (2 year)

For a year following the delivery date, Outmos guarantees the quality of the LED lighting provided, excluding damages due to misuse.

5. Motor Warranty (5 year)

Outmos warrants the motor for 5 year from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship but not damage from incorrect use or installation.

6. Electronic Components Warranty (5 year)

Outmos provides a 5-year warranty on electronic control systems for defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

6. Pergola Blinds Warranty (3 year)

Outmos offers a 3-year warranty for pergola blinds' materials and craftsmanship from the delivery date. Blinds should be retracted when not in use, as winds can cause non-covered damage. Natural fading and weathering over time are not considered defects.

Warranty Exclusions:

1. Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance.
2. Pergola damage due to improper usage and natural sun-induced fading.
3. Unforeseeable events beyond human control.
4. Issues arising from incorrect setup or installation on an uneven surface.
5. Damage from incorrect electrical setup, voltage irregularities, or operation beyond +/- 10% voltage range.
6. Commercial usage shortens warranties to a maximum of 5 years.
7. Damage from relocating the pergola from its original installation site.
8. Damage attributed to third-party carriers.
9. Leaks in drains or gutters.
10. Exclusion of remote control batteries from the warranty.
